Modern Woodmen

The Modern Woodmen of America were active in the community for many years, in particular the 1920s and 1930s, when the Ypsilanti, North Dakota chapter was disbanded.

The Modern Woodmen were a fraternal benefit society that sold life insurance, annuity and investment products to improve the quality of life of its members, their families and communities, something that they accomplished through social, charitable and volunteer activities. The Ypsilanti chapter offered fellowship and community service opportunities to its members, their families, and the community.
